Savoury cheese kale seasoning recipe – vegan gluten free
Bringing an easy way to include Kale into your diet. Making Kale into a seasoning so you can use it for several dishes. Add it to stir fry, on top of baked potato, on top of buttery sweet potato.

- Blender
- 1 large mixing bowl
- whisk, spatula
- tsp, 1/2 tsp, tbsp
- Parchment Paper
- Large baking sheet
- 1/2 Bunch of Kale. Approximately 5 – 6 stems.
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil, or Sunflower Oil
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoke paprika
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Himalayan or sea salt ground

Preheat the oven to 300°F

Use a large baking pan and add a piece of parchment paper.
Wash and dry the Kale. Tear or cut off the leaves from the stem. Compost the stem. Dry off the kale leaves with paper towels or in a salad spinner. Then add the dried Kale leaves to a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil to the kale. Mix and rub together the leaves so all the leaves are coated.
Add in all the ingredients and mix again with spoons.
Add the prepared kale to the baking pan and spread them out as best as you can.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn the pan every 10 minutes so they dry and crisp up evenly. do not let them burn.

When the Kale is done, you can enjoy eating some and the rest toss in a blender until all ground down into a fine seasoning.
Put in a small container once cooled down.

Store Covered in the fridge for 1 week.
