Hello and Welcome to Nutriment Health & Fitness !
I’m Julie-Ann Rawlings, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
I have been a health Practitioner for over 9 years and now to specialize in Food Allergies/Sensitivities/Digestive disorders, and always searching for underlying issues.
Let’s rewind…Why did I become a Nutritionist?
One main reason was the Fitness competitions. It gave me a great reason to invest my efforts and time with a Kinesiologist trainer.
My diet then wasn’t the best:
You were given meal plans that consisted of Whey protein shakes, protein bars, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese. And whole wheat breads as a carbohydrate source.
My career interest shifted, to Nutrition, and to help others overcome diet challenges.
My goal was to help other be their healthiest, to have energy, feel overall better.
As time went on, I realized that foods can be your poison as well as the cure.
Nutriment Health & Nutrition was created:
Whatever your reason may be, I have created Nutriment Health & Fitness to bring hope, motivation and to inspire others with guidance.
Create easy, quick meal plants, and provide tools, resources, tips and tricks to prepping meals. While trying to avoid wasted food.
So What do I eat for breakfast?
This is easily the most asked question I receive.
With my busy work schedule of Nutriment’s creating recipes, food recipe content creator, food stylist, and photographer/video creator.
Breakfast needs to be quick:
Almond milk chai tea latte and a bowl of fruit with coconut yogurt and little crunch from some Gluten-Free Granola.
Weekends I have a little more time. Oatmeal gluten free with blueberries and hemp seeds.
Everyone has a journey, and preventative health should always be a main focus.
