- Cashews Raw
- Nutritional Yeast
- Garlic powder
- Himalayan or Sea Salt

Easy 2 minute plant-based parmesan cheese that can be used in many dishes.

- Blender or Food Processor
- 3/4 cup, 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, tbsp
- 3/4 cup Raw cashews
- 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan or sea salt

Food process the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder.
Pulse quite a few times until the texture is a grainy meal.
