Cashew Parmesan Cheese Recipe Vegan Gluten Free

Takes 2 minutes to make! Can be used to replace any dairy parmesan cheese recipes.

All you need is a blender or food processor, throw in these 4 simple ingredients. Long pulses until all of the cashews are broken down to look similar to panko.

4 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS:

  • Cashews Raw
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Garlic powder
  • Himalayan or Sea Salt

All plant-based.

TASTE AND TEXTURE:

Slightly crunchy, with a creamy cheese flavour.

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • 3/4 cup, 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, tbsp

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan or sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Food process the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder.
    Pulse quite a few times until the texture is a grainy meal.
  • Store in glass jar, in the fridge for 1 week.
