If your in a pinch for time, and you need protein for a pasta dish, then simply use a package of Beyond Meat and add some spices. These meat balls are so tasty, you may even hesitate if they are really plant based!

I have served these to my die hard meat lovers, and they loved them.

With a lot of health conditions, especially high cholesterol, this plant based meat alternative is highly recommended. Made with pea proteins which has lots of healthy fibre.

Even if you just slowly decrease animal based proteins from your diet since they are full of unhealthy saturated fats that can lead to heart and artery diseases. This will also relieve the liver and gallbladder during digestions compared to that of the unhealthy animal saturated fats.

Unhealthy doesn’t just happen overnight!
