Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe

A super quick and easy way to cook lobster tails.  Cook time is only 6 minutes in the air fryer. I could fit 4 small lobster tails or 2 big, depending on your size of air fryer.

Make sure to defrost first in the fridge.

Cut right down the center of the shell using kitchen scissors. Cut down until you reach the top of where the tail fin begins. Using a small spoon, push under the shell to separate the meat from the shell. Make this easier when you go to eat it.

Serve a side dish of the lemon, garlic butter dipping sauce. It is absolutely delicious!
