2-42 large or 4 small Lobster Tails frozen - allow to defrost in the fridge
1tbspLemon zest
2Garlic cloves crushed
1/4tspGround Black Pepper
4tbspButter - plant-based
1/8tspSmoke paprika - optional
Instructions
Prepare the defrosted lobster tails by using kitchen scissors. Carefully cut them through the center of the hard shell just before where the tail fin begins.Pull apart the hard shell. You may need to use a small spoon to lift and separate the meat from the shell making it easier to remove when eating.
Prepare the lemon butter. Add the butter, lemon zest, pepper and smoked paprika to the small sauce pan. Set on medium low heat to just melt the butter and mix everything together. Remove from stove.Brush on the lemon butter mix to the meat of the tails. And pour the rest into serving dipping bowls.
Add the prepared lobster tails to the air fryer basket. Set at 375° F for 6 minutes.
Serve with lemon garlic dip and enjoy!
