3/4cupVegan Mayonnaiseexample Veganaise
2Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juiceApprox 1/2 lemon
1-2TbspWhite or Apple Cider Vinegartaste test
1TbspMaple Syrup
1/2tspGround Pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the Mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, maple syrup and pepper and whisk well. Taste test. If you need more sour add the vinegar, sweet add more maple syrup or add a little salt.
Add the chopped Coleslaw to the mix and stir well.
Cover and Let sit in fridge for 15 - 30 min to soften and take on that creamy flavour.
Serve as a side dish or even on hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, Portobello Steaks, tuna or salmon sandwiches.
