  • 1 Handful fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the defrosted lobster tails by using kitchen scissors. Carefully cut them through the center of the hard shell just before where the tail fin begins.

  • Prepare the basil garlic butter. Add the butter, garlic, basil, black pepper and nutritional yeast to the small sauce pan. Set on medium low heat to just melt the butter and mix everything together. Remove from stove.
Brush on the lemon butter mix to the meat of the tails. And pour the rest into serving dipping bowls.
  • Add the water to the bottom of the instant pot. Add the trivet.
Place the prepared lobster tails onto the trivet.
Place the lid onto the instant pot, slide it clock wise to close and lock. Then turn the pressure valve to the “SEALING” position.
Press the “MANUAL” button, then press the “PRESSURE” button so the “PRESSURE HIGH” lights up, and then press the minus or plus button to 2 minutes. It will take approximately 10 minutes to pressurize.
  • When the instant pot beeper goes off, wait until the silver pressure dial drops before removing the lid.
Use tongs to take out the lobster tails and place them on a serving dish.
Serve immediately with melted basil garlic butter, and lemon or lime wedges on the side.
    Enjoy !!
