  • 1 medium size mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper and large baking tray

Ingredients
  

Gluten Free Pizza Crust found in frozen section local grocery store

  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp sliced pitted green or Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup sliced bottled roasted red peppers, dry off with paper towels option
  • ½ bell pepper option
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup homemade pasta sauce
  • ¼ red onion or white onion slices option
  • 1 pack smoked salmon protein option
  • 1 cup sliced chicken protein option
  • ¼ block soft tofu non-gmo organic vegan protein option

Instructions
 

  • Add your toppings as you like and cook 5 - 10 minutes more than the recommended until slightly browned but not burned.
