Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 218 degrees Celsius
If using Vegan Butter, slowly melt the butter in a small pan on low heat
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper
For the bread, cut them all into bite size pieces and place them in a big mixing bowl
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter or olive oil with the Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add Salt to taste if desired.
Slowly drizzle this seasoned butter oil mix over the bread pieces and then mix and toss them together with 2 large spoons.
Place these bread pieces onto the parchment lined baking pan and spread them out evenly so they are not overlapping each other.
Place the baking pan into the heated oven and cook for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes use tongs to flip the croutons around.
Check if they are toasting nicely but not burnt. Once they are toasted take out the baking pan and leave on the stove for 5 minutes to cool down and harden the croutons even more.
Enjoy in your soups or salads. Stores well in a container for 5 days
